Different models, video durations, resolutions, and generation methods consume different amounts of credits. The image/video counts shown on pricing cards are estimated using base models — advanced models and HD long videos consume more credits.
Generally, if the video content contains human faces, potentially protected IP characters, or other content subject to regulatory requirements, it will fail. We will compensate for failed tasks with credits, and you can also try modifying the prompt and re-generating.
You can purchase add-on credits to keep generating, or upgrade to a higher plan. Add-on credits require an active subscription to use.
You need an active subscription to spend credits. While subscribed, your credits never expire: subscription credits roll over to the next billing cycle when you renew on time, and stay frozen during a pause until you resume. Add-on credits stay yours forever.
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Monthly plans are non-refundable. Refund terms for annual plans will be announced when they launch.
